    Just in case you wondered about the impact of your local military-installation on your community… Rapidly rising pay and benefits in the armed forces have lifted many military towns into the ranks of the nation’s most affluent communities, a USA Today analysis finds. * According to the article on MilitaryTimes.com some of this new found affluence is from hazardous-duty incentives and combat pay in war zones.  (I would supect a majority of the pay increase since 2000, actually)  How are you taking care of the spouse and children back home in your town?  How is your business welcoming the troops when they return home?  Don’t wait for other businesses to show their…
