Military veterans definitely have access to a large variety of educational and university programs such as the GI Bill. In addition, military training instills discipline and leadership qualities; skills which will be very helpful in college and civilian life.
That's so wonderful that the GI bill helps to reward service members with benefits geared to help them. They should be prepared to understand the educational requirements ahead - classes require hard work and they're tailored to building up the students!
